"The Massachusetts Statutory Power of Sale contained in the mortgage shall not be fully exercised by the sale of the unit (Unit 1). All rights to further exercise said power of sale with respect to the other condominium encumbered by the mortgage (Unit 3) are reserved to a later time, if necessary.
